Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx, with all duties and taxes calculated and paid at checkout -so no surprise fees when your parcel arrives.

Is shipping free?

• Australia: Free shipping on orders over $120. Under that, it's a flat $12.
• Worldwide: Free shipping on orders over $250 AUD. Under that, it's a flat $50 AUD.

Do you offer pickup?
Yep! We're based in Swan View, just near Midland. If that's close by, pop the code PICKUP in at checkout and skip the shipping wait altogether. We'll reach out when your order's ready to be collected.

How long until my order ships?
Every product is made to order, so please allow 2–4 business days for us to make and pack your stamps and cutters. Once they're ready, they head out express so they reach you as fast as possible.

Can I combine a new order with one I've already placed?
Yes please! Pop the code ADDTOORDER at checkout and we'll bundle your new order in with the one you've already placed. Just know it'll add a little time to processing, since we need to make the new products before everything can ship together.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because everything is made to order, we're not usually able to make changes once an order is in. But email us as soon as you can and if we haven't started on it yet, we'll always try to help.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.

What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?
Once your parcel's with the courier, delivery times are unfortunately out of our hands. If something feels off or it's taking longer than expected, just email us and we'll help chase it up.

Digital Files

Do you sell digital STL files?
At the moment, we offer STL files for a small selection of single cutter designs, ready to download and print at home.

How do I get my file after I buy it?
Straight away! Once you've purchased, just click the download link - no need to wait on an email.

Can I use the STL file for anything I like?
Our STL files are for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, or distributing the files (or anything printed from them) isn't allowed.

Returns & Faulty Items

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since everything's made just for you, we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If anything arrives faulty or not quite right, we've always got you covered.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect - what do I do?
Email us straight away! We'll sort it out as quickly as we can.

Custom Orders & Logos

Can I get a custom logo stamp or cutter made?
Yes! Just upload your logo image directly on the product page. Logos are made to fit a 7cm circle by default, or a smaller size on request. Want a matching cutter too? You can add one for an extra cost - handy if your logo needs to be bigger than a standard 7cm cookie.

Do you take fully custom design requests?
We do! We're often quite booked out with custom work, so pop us a message first to check what we've got on. We may already have your theme on the drawing board!

Materials & Care

What are your products made from, and how do I look after them?
Our stamps and cutters are made from PLA and acrylic. Hand wash them in cool to lukewarm water only. Please don't use the dishwasher, hot water, or any heat in general, as it can warp or damage the material.
