Shipping policy

Everything you need to know about getting your stamps and cutters to your door.

How does shipping work within Australia?

  • Orders shipped within Australia will use Australia Post.
  • Orders over $120 AUD qualify for free express shipping.
  • Orders under $120 AUD ship express for a flat rate of $12 AUD.
  • Local Pickup: Based near Perth? We're in Swan View (just near Midland) Use the code PICKUP at checkout and skip the shipping wait altogether. We'll reach out when your order is ready to be collected.

Do you ship internationally?

  • We ship worldwide via FedEx, with all duties and taxes calculated and paid at checkout - so no surprise fees when your parcel arrives.
  • Orders over $250 AUD qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders under $250 AUD ship for a flat rate of $50 AUD.

How long does my order take to process?

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days as most of our products are made to order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Processing times may be longer during sales or busy periods - we'll always pop any updates at the top of our website.
  • Placed a new order and want it combined with one you've already made? Pop the code ADDTOORDER at checkout and we'll bundle them together.  This adds a little extra time to processing, since the new stamps may need to be made.

How long will delivery take once it's shipped?

  • Delivery times depend on the courier and your location. Express Post generally offers faster shipping, but exact times may vary.
  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.

What if something goes wrong with delivery?

Once your order's handed over to the courier, delivery times and potential delays are out of our hands. But if anything feels off, just reach out and we'll do everything we can to sort it out with you.
