Australian Shipping

Free Express Shipping: Orders over $120 AUD qualify for complimentary express shipping.

Flat Rate Express Shipping: Orders under $120 AUD ship express for a flat rate of $12 AUD.

International Shipping

We offer standard and express flat-rate shipping worldwide. Free express shipping is available for orders over certain values - specific rates will be displayed at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

International Orders: We collect all applicable duties and taxes at checkout, so you won’t have to worry about unexpected fees upon delivery.

Processing Time

Order Turnaround: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Peak Periods: Processing times may be longer during sales or busy periods - updates will be displayed at the top of our website.

Delivery Times

After Dispatch: Delivery times depend on the courier and your location. Express Post generally offers faster shipping, but exact times may vary.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.
